Job Description

Vibenomics is looking for a detail-oriented communicator who is obsessed with satisfying customer needs. The Technical Support Specialist’s main goal is to provide fast and friendly world-class support through creative, flexible solutions. You will deliver technical support for all customers and resolve their issues.

Responsibilities
Resolve customer technical issues through on-demand diagnosis and resolution
Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form
Maintain accurate and timely records in our case tracking system
Track customer device status and determine need of attention
Prioritize customer needs understanding customer segmentation
Communicate with the Customer Success team to ensure 360* service for clients
Translate business needs to product requirements by filing enhancement requests and working with product management
Identify and implement application solutions and enhancements
In addition, On-call and after-hours duties will be required as part of the on-call rotation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
BA / BS Degree
Demonstrated experience in the following areas preferred: networking concepts, troubleshooting network connectivity, software as a service, and web technologies
A minimum of 3 - 5 year of experience diagnosing and resolving problems in complex software environments
