Viral Launch is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales and Strategic Partnerships who is a proven, quota-carrying sales leader to help us grow our enterprise brands and our partnership channel. As the Director of Enterprise Sales and Strategic Partnerships you’ll lead an energetic sales team that is dedicated to assisting Amazon brands to drive results.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an enterprise-level sales team to achieve our growth goals
Coach, train and develop our team utilizing proven methods for sales success
Represent an overview of the Viral Launch Platform to high-profile companies and prospective partners
Travel and present to prospective clients in person (approximately 25% travel)
Experience and skill-set for managing and closing enterprise opportunities
Develop a pipeline that sets up our business for near- and long-term success
Engage with senior level leadership of enterprise employers and national consultants with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up
Maintain and execute on joint business plans for each territory under your responsibility

Experience:
A strong candidate will have:
5-8+ years' experience in an enterprise sales and software consulting leadership role, preferably in customer facing roles
Experience working with mutual business growth strategies
Experience managing customer relationships in multi-year contract cycles
Experience with complex negotiations for long-term relationship management
Proven record of prospecting, nurturing and closing net new business opportunities
Experience leading meetings and developing content for broad circulation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Unwavering dedication to morals and ethics that align with Viral Launch’s core values
SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a high-velocity business preferred
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
