Viral Launch is actively searching for a highly-skilled, customer-focused QA Engineer with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. You will be responsible for testing our new features in a timely manner to ensure that our customers have a high-quality product experience. You will be charged with understanding our products in order to provide technical support and excellent customer service within a fast-paced team environment.

Help define and improve the team’s testing standards, tools, and processes
Execute manual tests and communicate results frequently
Effectively troubleshoot and analyze product issues
Redirect or escalate problems to appropriate teams when necessary
Advocate for product quality and best practices
Collaborate with the team to discover ways to improve workflow and team practices
Contribute on other related assignments as needed
A strong candidate will have:
5+ years of QA experience, ideally with SaaS products
Experience with Web UI Automation
Experience in technical support or customer service
Experience with HTML, CSS
Experience with Windows and OSX
REST API test experience
