Walker is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist who can ensure our clients are lifetime advocates of the Walker/Qualtrics solution. In this role, you learn the technology and implementation skills needed to successfully onboard clients while delivering positive experiences.

The Implementation Specialist’s activities include configuring and testing solutions, assisting with survey programming, building dashboards, and platform integrations for multiple clients. The Implementation Specialist acts as the solution delivery project manager to ensure the project is completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort, and committed time frame. The key part of the role is to enable clients to quickly receive value from their purchased Qualtrics products.

This role is the launching pad for a career path in one of our three services areas – Implementation, Managed Services or Advisory. After mastering the core skills needed to serve clients during your first 3 months with Walker and learning more about what we do and how we do it, you get to pick your path.
