Job Description


-Handle End User IT tickets / requests
-Resolve all tickets within the SLA timeframe
-Work with the teams in HQ ( India )
-Local Asset management & allocation
-Managing compliance requirements for the location & users
-Work with Vendors & OEMs to manage the required IT landscape
-Perform basic repairs for laptops / desktops
-Managing VIP support
-Being available for any critical and immediate support
-Perform Daily, weekly Preventive maintenance on proactive basis
-Ensure timely reporting
-The role will require the candidate to be flexible with the work hours and on rare occasions be available during week-ends as well.
