Job Description

Wunderkind is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer who will report to the Customer Support Manager. As a Support Engineer, this person will be responsible for solving technical issues submitted by internal and external clients through use of the Wunderkind platform. This can include running SQL queries of the database, and analyzing output data and advanced troubleshooting. This is a role for someone sharp, customer-driven and who thrives on the problem-solving and troubleshooting process.
