Job Description

As a Knowledge Manager you will interact with key internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a robust content library for both internal and external users. You will be responsible for creating effective and easily accessed learning content. You will also create governance and standards for the knowledge base. A primary focus will be developing, auditing and maintaining high quality content. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, formatting, and communication skills that will contribute to the transformation of information into structured learning material. You have a strong ability to multi-task and be able to effectively communicate across departments to collect, create and update content for the knowledge base.
