Job Description

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will lead and oversee the ServiceNow platform and related user experience. You will be responsible for promoting excellent customer service through the successful administration of the ServiceNow platform, technical knowledge and strong communication. Your primary focus will be platform support, troubleshooting, monitoring of platform usage and performance, incident analysis and resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, collaboration and technical skills that will allow them to prioritize support tasks and meet business needs. You have a strong ability to multi-task, customer focused mindset and a wide range of technical knowledge to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing oversight of the ServiceNow platform.
