Zylo is seeking an all-star Manager, Business Development Representatives to lead a team of BDRs who position the products to enterprise organizations and deliver highly qualified leads to our sales team. The Manager, BDR will be responsible for onboarding, ongoing training and ensuring the BDR team is successful. This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing to maximize the creation of highly qualified sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound efforts.
What you will do:
Coach and mentor the BDR team.
Hire, onboard, and train new-hires.
Target setting, one on one's, call coaching and daily motivation
Quickly become an expert in the challenges and pain points that SaaS Management solutions solve
Work with the broader Marketing and Sales team for account targeting and campaigns
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
What we need:
3-5 years leading a successful BDR / SDR sales team
Remarkable and consistent track record of sales success when it comes to outbound messaging, prospecting and converting / closing leads
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, nurture and motivate a team
Experience working with enterprise organizations (2500+ employees)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Salesforce CRM
Experience working with C-level executives in IT and finance departments
Experience working with key business development technology (ZoomInfo, Salesloft/Outreach, Gong/Chorus, etc)
