Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA Specialist), you will support our TA Partners in bringing quality candidates to our fast-growing team. You will juggle multiple tasks at once and use your attention to detail and passion to create efficient processes for our hiring managers and team. As Zylo continues to grow, your opportunities in recruiting and HR will too!

What you will do:

Schedule interviews and phone screens through our applicant tracking system (ATS - Greenhouse)
Assist TA Partners in sourcing qualified candidates
Update candidate records and job postings in our recruitment systems
Launch candidate background checks
Track recruiting activity and provide candidate status to the team and management
Collaborate with our HR Partner to successfully onboard new Zylos
Help the team continue to drive a diverse and inclusive culture through our recruitment and hiring practices
Become the internal expert on our ATS and its capabilities
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Ensure all candidates have a world class candidate experience from start to finish
Serve as an enthusiastic Zylo brand ambassador
What you will need:

1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience in a fast-growth hiring environment
Proficiency in applicant tracking and other recruitment systems
Capable of multi-tasking and shift tasks/priorities at the last minute
Desire to expand your capabilities and skills in talent acquisition
Proficiency with cloud-based productivity tools
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Nice to have:

Greenhouse ATS experience
Expert in Gmail, Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, and Google Sheets, Docs and Drive
Familiarity with IT or software industry
Preferred Location: Indianapolis, IN but we are open to the right remote candidate
