AI for Executives

Event Description

Join Project Brilliant for an in-person AI for Executives workshop with Aaron Kopel and Gervais Johnson at Nexus Impact Center in Indianapolis. Explore leadership in the age of AI, demystify AI, and connect AI opportunities to business value.

One day to get practical about AI

Most leaders are being asked for an AI strategy before they have used AI for anything real. This workshop takes it in the right order. First you use AI on your own work, with your own problems. Then you work out how to lead a team, and an organization, through the change it brings.

Why it feels different

• Hands-on from the first hour. You will use AI tools on real tasks from your week: preparing for meetings, writing, analysis, and thinking through decisions.
• Drawn live, not read off slides. Aaron and Gervais sketch the ideas as the room builds them, so the big picture sticks. No PowerPoint. Ever.
• Built for leaders, not engineers. No code, no jargon, no hype. Plain talk about what AI is good at, where it falls down, and what that means for your people.
• Focused on value, not tools. Most AI efforts stall because of how organizations work, not because of the technology. That is the part we help you lead.
