Brokerworks Launches BrokerWORK, an AI-Powered Operating System Built Around How Real Estate Agents Actually Work
BrokerWORK unifies brokerage operations, lead management, transaction coordination, MLS intelligence and marketing around an AI assistant designed for agents on the move
VALPARAISO, Ind. — September 2026 — Brokerworks Real Estate Group today announced the launch of BrokerWORK, an AI-powered operating system designed to change how real estate brokerages support their agents.
Available immediately and exclusively to approximately 60 Brokerworks agents, the platform brings previously disconnected tools and workflows into one brokerage-wide system. BrokerWORK has been developed and tested inside Brokerworks, an active real estate brokerage currently on pace for approximately 700 annual transactions and more than $200 million in annual sales.
At the center of the platform is Andy AI, an intelligent assistant designed around the actual workday of a real estate agent. Andy can prepare personalized daily briefings, help manage leads and follow-up, coordinate transactions and deadlines, search and analyze MLS data, and assist with marketing creation.
“We understand where agents really work,” said Andrew Knies, owner and managing broker of Brokerworks Real Estate Group. “It’s from their car outside the next appointment. It’s from their kitchen counter or while they’re sitting in the school pickup line. Real estate doesn’t happen behind a desk, so we wanted to build an operating system that supports agents wherever their business takes them.”
BrokerWORK was created in response to a persistent problem within the real estate industry: agents are expected to navigate numerous disconnected platforms while also managing clients, appointments, transactions, prospecting and marketing. Moving between those systems consumes time and creates administrative friction that can pull agents away from the relationships that grow their businesses.
Rather than adding an AI chatbot to a traditional customer relationship management platform, Brokerworks built its system around real agent workflows. BrokerWORK connects the broader brokerage operation, giving agents one place to access the information, tools and support needed throughout their day.
“BrokerWORK was built with AI in mind from the very beginning. It wasn’t added as an afterthought or layered on top of an outdated system,” Knies said. “We are entering a world where meaningful change is measured by the hour instead of the year. We built BrokerWORK to rapidly adapt alongside that change, so our agents aren’t constantly trying to catch up to the future. They are already working in it.”
“Most real estate technology asks agents to change the way they work,” Knies said. “We started by looking at how agents already work and built the technology around them. Our goal is to make powerful AI practical for the everyday agent, not as another piece of software they have to manage, but as support that is present throughout their business.”
The platform is designed to help agents spend less time managing technology and repetitive administrative work and more time advising clients, developing relationships and selling real estate. It also gives the brokerage a connected operational foundation for supporting agents through every stage of the business, from the first lead to the closing table and beyond.
BrokerWORK is launching as an evolving platform, with continued development and new capabilities planned based on the needs and experiences of Brokerworks agents.
“This is bigger than launching a new app,” Knies said. “It represents a new vision for what brokerage support can look like. We’re building the brokerage of the future today, and we believe the future is about giving agents better intelligence, stronger support and more time to do the work that only they can do.”
BrokerWORK is available now exclusively to Brokerworks Real Estate Group agents.
