Slalom will host Indianapolis Innovation Day on Tuesday, October 27, bringing together senior business and technology leaders to explore how organizations are funding, governing and scaling AI to create measurable business impact.

The event will focus on practical applications of AI, from strategy and organizational readiness to execution and return on investment. Attendees will see how organizations are moving beyond isolated pilots and building the foundations needed to scale AI across the enterprise.

Programming will include hands-on demonstrations led by Slalom technology leaders and featuring partner technologies from AWS, Databricks and Google.

Demonstrations will include:

  • enhanceIQ by Slalom, an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform designed to identify where AI can automate, augment or accelerate work
  • A Clinical Trial Optimization Intelligence Platform that uses AI to help teams identify risks and improve decision-making across clinical trials
  • Slalom ARC, an approach for testing and validating concepts before larger investments
  • Adaptive People Strategy + Workforce Blueprint, which helps organizations plan how AI may reshape roles, skills and workforce needs

The afternoon will also provide opportunities for attendees to connect with peers and discuss AI governance, human oversight, operating models and strategies for translating AI investments into business outcomes.
