INDIANAPOLIS (May 11, 2026) – Orr Fellowship is celebrating its graduating class of 46 Fellows who began their two-year Fellowships in May 2024. The early career development program, which connects versatile high-achieving talent with future-focused businesses in Indianapolis and Evansville, is also recognizing four exceptional graduates who embody the Fellowship’s four core pillars.

The 2024 graduating class of Fellows joins a network of nearly 700 alumni from universities across the U.S. Over the past two years, the Fellows have worked to exemplify what it means to be an Orr Fellow while also creating value at their partner companies. The program’s new graduates have worked with some of Indiana’s most dynamic and high-growth companies and organizations, including dormakaba, Indiana University, Old National Bank, OPENLANE, Robert Dietrick Company, The Annex Group and The Heritage Group.

Notably, one in four members of the Orr Fellowship class of 2024 hails from outside the Hoosier state — bringing top talent and future leaders to Indiana. In total, the class represents 10 states, underscoring the program’s growing national reach and appeal.

“We are proud to celebrate the graduating class of Orr Fellows who represent the next generation of leaders across Indiana’s business and civic landscape,” said Steven Emch, President of Orr Fellowship. “Over the course of the program, we are inspired by the caliber of the talent and commitment these young professionals bring to our partner companies. We congratulate them on this milestone and look forward to the continued contributions they will make to businesses and communities they work and live in across the state.”

The commencement ceremony for the 2024 class of Orr Fellows is on May 8 and includes reflections from Xavier Ramirez, elected by his peers as the Orr class of 2024 speaker, and current Fellows. There will also be special recognition of four Fellows who exemplify the core pillars of Orr Fellowship — Career, Community, Commitment and Continued Learning — as voted on by their peers in the class of 2024.
