TechPoint Announces New Team Members
Seasoned veterans to lead marketing, engagement, and talent strategy
INDIANAPOLIS (September 9, 2025) — TechPoint, the industry-led growth initiative for Indiana’s tech ecosystem, today announced two new team members. Ginger Lippert has strategically shifted her focus to Vice President, Marketing and Engagement, and Sally Reasoner returns to TechPoint as Vice President, Talent Strategy.

About Ginger Lippert
Ginger Lippert, MBA, steps into the Vice President, Marketing and Engagement role after serving nearly a year as TechPoint’s Vice President of Talent, Strategy and Engagement to best align her strengths and experience with the organization’s priorities. A seasoned professional with a strong track record in digital marketing, relationship building, and achieving results, Lippert takes a customer-centric approach to her work while building on extensive experience in marketing, business development, brand management, and strategic planning. She previously held leadership roles at Butler University’s Lacy School of Business and joined TechPoint from Cognizant. Lippert earned both her undergraduate degree and MBA from Butler University.

About Sally Reasoner
Sally Reasoner returns to TechPoint after leadership roles at The Heritage Group and Ascend Indiana. She brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to talent strategy, with an emphasis on collaboration, trust, and creating impact at scale. During her previous tenure at TechPoint, Reasoner launched and built the highly successful Xtern program with active participation from tech employers across industries and company sizes. While at Ascend Indiana, she led the development and launch of the Ascend Network in deep partnership with employers and higher-education institutions across the state. Reasoner started her career though the Orr Fellowship program and is a graduate of DePauw University.
