What led you to the tech industry and this occupation? What was your first job in tech?

I was led to the tech industry because it rewards innovation and creativity but requires accuracy and attention to detail. I appreciate the flexibility and pace of the industry.

My first job in tech was at Renaissance Electronic Services, now Vyne Dental. As the Marketing Program Manager, I owned the supervision and analysis of marketing campaigns, developed marketing strategies for affiliate partners and worked with sales, support, and software teams to develop lead generation strategies.

When you think of a day in your life, what are the main work activities you do or responsibilities you have?

No two days are ever the same at work, which is one reason why I love my job! My main activities include developing revenue-generating campaigns, maintaining and building our brand and creating content/SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

As a leader, my main responsibility is to always be willing to engage in self-development and admit I don’t have all the answers. This includes being vulnerable, responding with empathy and prioritizing my own well-being to be able to show up authentically for our team.
