TechPoint Announces 2025 Mira Award Deal of the Year
INDIANAPOLIS (February 24, 2025) — TechPoint, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership’s industry-led growth initiative for Indiana’s digital innovation economy, today announced the 2025 Mira Awards Deal of the Year: Remodel Health, a leading provider of individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements for brokers.
Based in Indianapolis, Remodel Health raised more than $100 million in growth funding from Oak HC/FT with participation from Hercules Capital in December 2024. The funding targets Remodel’s continued expansion and leverages its innovative tech platform to help employers and employees simplify health benefits.

TechPoint President and CEO Ting Gootee congratulated the company, which along with raising money late in 2024 also acquired PeopleKeep, an award-winning health reimbursement arrangement software trusted by employers nationwide.

The Deal of the Year award recognizes technology-related Indiana companies and/or their investors that have secured the most investment capital in a single round or effected a merger or acquisition transaction or public listing with thehighest enterprise value.
The Mira gala is Thursday, February 27, at the Palladium at Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts. The Mira Awards program recognizes excellence and innovation in 20 award categories highlighting organizations and individuals representing the best and brightest innovators across the state. Innovators in technology, life sciences, advanced manufacturing and logistics, agbioscience and academia for product and service innovations as well as those involved in developing the tech workforce, will be celebrated.
