Sponsored by Next Gen Talent, Next Step is a community designed for early to mid career professionals who are looking to differentiate themselves in their environment as business leaders that have a speciality in Talent/HR.

As a community, we want everyone to walk away feeling empowered, equipped, and encouraged to make that next step in their career.
