Largest formal recruiting event of the year! 250-275 + employers in attendance seeking students for full-time, internship and co-op opportunities. Average student attendance 1800+.

Standard registration is $600.00.

Setup

You have a 10’ booth space with an 8’ table and 2 chairs. Please do not bring displays larger than your area unless you ordered a double booth. If you do bring a larger display, we ask that you arrive prior to the noon so that you can unload those items prior to high traffic times. We do not allow large or very heavy items like vehicles in the Fair facility.

Rose Expo

Join us for the Rose Expo and continental breakfast from 12:30-2:00 p.m. EDT. We anticipate over 50 student organizations and academic departments at the Expo sharing information and displaying their hands-on projects for you. This is a great opportunity to meet with faculty, meet and recruit our student leaders, chat with a few of our diversity groups, and see a few of the engineering projects that our students are working on.

12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Registration and Set up
12:30 - 2:00 p.m. Rose Expo
2:00 - 7:00 p.m. Career Fair
5:00 - 6:30 p.m. Dinner provided

Indiana observes Daylight Savings Time. Terre Haute is always on Eastern Time.

Parking & Unloading: 

When you arrive on campus, there will be signs directing you down to the Sports & Recreation Center. You will be able to pull behind the building to unload items at the loading dock, and then you will need to move your car to one of our parking lots indicated on the campus map. We will have Career Services team members assisting companies in this process.
