His approach emphasizes long-term platform sustainability, risk management, and time-to-value.

He holds multiple Salesforce certifications, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a Cyberspace Information Systems Engineer degree from the United States Army Cyber Center of Excellence.
