INDIANAPOLIS – The Engineered Innovation Group is excited to announce the appointment of Karen Mangia as President and Chief Strategy Officer. In her new role, Karen will develop and lead the company’s customer growth-focused practice, leveraging her extensive experience in technology, SaaS, Customer Experience, and business.

Additionally, she will lead the newly formed Insights & Innovation Practice dedicated to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to realize sustainable success and growth through innovative programs and closer customer connections.

As a seasoned leader, Karen brings over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, technology, and innovation. Before joining the Engineered Innovation Group, Karen held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, Cisco & AT&T, where she was responsible for driving growth and customer success in the highly competitive technology and communications industries.
