Eleven current TechPoint member organizations were recognized on Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Best Employers By State for Indiana, including Google, which earned the No. 1 spot in the state.

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to develop the annual rankings based on responses from more than 245,000 U.S. employees working for organizations with at least 500 employees. Respondents evaluated employers on factors including wages and benefits, management style, company reputation, flexibility and career advancement opportunities.

TechPoint congratulates the following members named to this year’s Indiana list:

  • No. 23: Elevance Health

  • No. 45: Ball State University
  • No. 47: CNO Financial Group
  • No. 50: Purdue University
  • No. 63: Indiana University Health

The rankings incorporate current employee feedback, assessments of previous employers and broader workplace reputation, with greater weight given to more recent data and responses from employees within each state. Companies do not pay to participate or be selected. The list only includes companies with over 500 employees.

The recognition highlights TechPoint members that are investing in workplace culture, employee experience and opportunities for professional growth across Indiana.
