INDIANAPOLIS — Five TechPoint member companies have been recognized on the IndyStar’s 2026 list of Top Workplaces in Central Indiana, which highlights employers across the region based on employee feedback.

The IndyStar’s annual Top Workplaces program recognizes Central Indiana employers based on employee feedback collected through a survey administered by Energage, the publication’s research partner. Eligible organizations must have at least 50 employees in the region, with honorees selected based on employee responses about workplace culture and experience.

The recognition reflects the role strong employers play in attracting, retaining and developing talent across Central Indiana. TechPoint is proud to work alongside member companies that are helping strengthen Indiana’s tech community through talent, innovation and community leadership.
