Co-hosted by Jeni McIntosh-Elkins, CEO of Fetch Happiness, and DeNeen Attard, CEO of Attard Leadership Academy, the event will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm eastern time at Infosys, the event’s location host sponsor, located at 6100 Sam Jones Expressway, Indianapolis, IN 46241.

Designed for professionals, emerging leaders, career changers and students, the program focuses on building the leadership and human skills that remain essential in today’s rapidly evolving workplace.

The event will feature a Fireside Chat with Emil Nabo Ekiyor, Founder and CEO of InnoPower, who will share insights on leadership, innovation, and creating opportunities for future talent.

Participants will also participate in two interactive learning tracks:

  • Skills AI Can’t Replace, led by Kealah Parkinson, explores the uniquely human capabilities that continue to set professionals apart in an AI-enabled workplace.
  • Energy, Balance & Well-Being, facilitated by Lisa Pirinelli, provides practical strategies for maintaining personal well-being while thriving in today’s fast-paced work environment.
