This position is primarily onsite at our Fishers, IN headquarters. Must be willing to work in office.

Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you’ll drive transformative process improvements across Technology Operations and partner business units. Your role involves discovering, designing, and delivering cutting-edge automations and AI-assisted solutions. You’ll translate operational challenges into secure and supportable solutions using tools like Power Automate, Blue Prism, and Copilot Studio, while integrating APIs (REST/JSON, OAuth2, webhooks). Your contributions will lead to measurable business outcomes, including reduced cycle times, enhanced quality, and increased adoption.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with process owners to map workflows, capturing requirements, success metrics, and constraints such as compliance and risk.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automations using low-code platforms, AI, and scripting.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change control for developed solutions.
  • Develop automation workflows integrating with API endpoints on internal and third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Build scripts or flows for API data authentication, transformation, and storage.
  • Implement exception handling, logging, and error notifications in flows and scripts.
  • Write Python and PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, manage datasets, and connect to APIs.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and audit requirements, and validate AI outputs for accuracy and responsible use.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or extensive in-house training program
  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • Comfortable with SQL, REST APIs, AI models, and multiple automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
