About the Catalyst Program

Catalyst Internship is a 90-day paid sales experience—your opportunity to work alongside real-world professionals and build the foundation for a future in tech sales. You’ll gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to real client interactions. You’ll make calls, face objections, and be challenged to grow—discovering what you’re truly capable of in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Top performers can earn a full-time Sales Associate role at CSpring with:

  • Base salary + commission
  • Uncapped earning potential ($60-80K first year, $100K+ second year)
  • A clear path to promotion

CSpring can coordinate with your university to provide academic credit in lieu of pay, if required.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9am–1pm, in person in CSpring’s Carmel office
