Position Overview: This position is an advanced-level HRIS role focused on the configuration, maintenance and optimization of the Workday HRIS. This position serves as a subject matter expert for Workday modules, supports complex reporting and analytics, and works closely with the HRIS Manager to enhance system functionality for the company. The HRIS Specialist II also mentors junior HRIS staff and plays a key role in system projects and process improvements.
