Parker Technology is a software-led services company that helps parking operators manage inbound customer service calls. They’ve built an intuitive software platform that provides workflow management for customer service reps whose main focus is to troubleshoot and resolve issues for people who experience friction when reserving, navigating or paying for parking.
There are 3 ways to utilize the Parker Technology solution: 1) by allowing them to answer all calls 24/7, 2) by licensing their workflow management software platform or 3) by doing a bit of both – utilizing the software to answer calls in-house during normal business hours and then rolling calls over to their customer service team after-hours.
The Parker Technology solution enhances the customer experience, helps operators collect more revenue and provides real-time call data and recordings. Plus, they hold several novel-use patents for being the only company that can deliver two-way video in a parking environment, which is a way to enhance CX even further.
