Cost:  Standard Registration is $400

Registration Deadline:  Friday, January 9, 2026

Location:  Sports Recreation Center

Setup
You have a 10’ booth space with a 6’ table and 2 chairs. Please do not bring displays larger than your area unless you ordered a double booth. If you do bring a larger display, we ask that you arrive prior to the 8:00 a.m. registration time so that you can unload those items prior to high traffic times. We do not allow large or very heavy items like vehicles in the Fair facility.

Agenda for the Event:

8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Registration and Set up

10:00 a.m. -  3:00 p.m. Career Fair

11:30 a.m. -   2:00 p.m. Lunch provided

Parking & Unloading:

When you arrive on campus, there will be signs directing you down to the Sports & Recreation Center. You will be able to pull behind the building to unload items at the loading dock, and then you will need to move your car to one of our parking lots indicated on the campus map. We will have Career Services team members assisting companies in this process.

Shipping Fair Materials (Suggested timeframe (1/15-1/21)

If you wish to mail materials to me ahead of time, feel free to do so, but be aware of time constraints as the event approaches. Send packages early to avoid not having materials on the day of the fair. Do not send them to arrive on the day of the fair or you may not have them in time.  For return shipment, prepare and bring return shipping labels with you to aid us in getting your materials sent back. Note: mail carriers will pick up return packages the Thursday/Friday following the fair, as long as a return-mailing label is provided.
