World Central Kitchen is committed to addressing food insecurity and disaster relief in innovative and impactful ways. One of their primary missions (https://wck.org/story) is to provide fresh, nourishing meals to communities affected by natural disasters, conflicts, and other emergencies. They are first on the frontlines, delivering aid directly to the hardest-hit areas. Their response in the Middle East (https://wck.org/relief/activation-chefs-for-ukraine) continues to provide millions of meals to those affected by ongoing conflicts. Most recently, their teams have mobilized to communities affected by Cyclone Chido (https://wck.org/relief/cyclone-chido) and severe flooding (https://wck.org/relief/spain-floods-2024). They are also actively assisting first responders and families affected by the recent Los Angeles wildfires (https://wck.org/relief/california-fires-jan25).
