Expanded hazardous waste platform delivers audit-ready reporting and proactive compliance at
scale.

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 16, 2025 — Encamp, the leading guided environmental compliance
solution for enterprises, today announced Waste Command — a new set of capabilities within
Encamp Waste designed to help EHS leaders reduce compliance risk, ensure audit readiness,
and simplify RCRA reporting across every facility and jurisdiction.

With EPA reviews up 35% since the adoption of e-Manifest and fines reaching $4.3M in a single
quarter, Encamp recognized the need for a simpler, more reliable way for EHS teams to
manage RCRA waste reporting. Instead of hunting down spreadsheets from different sites, EHS
leaders can now pull accurate data instantly through Encamp’s industry-leading hazardous
waste software (Encamp Waste). Today’s new features elevate the in-app experience, making
RCRA notifications, biennial reports, and internal compliance reviews automated and much
more efficient.

Encamp’s Waste Overview Dashboard brings your data together under one view.

New features include:

  • Waste Overview Dashboard brings all waste shipment data and generator status information into one view, giving leaders real-time clarity at both corporate and state levels to inform smarter, faster decisions.
  • Facility Profiles provide facility-level details and data views aligned to real-world waste reporting workflows. Users can see federal and state generator status thresholds at a glance, monitor waste shipments, audit waste stream classifications, and safeguard against discrepancies between their waste vendors and e-Manifest, reducing time wasted and aligning workflows to how teams actually manage compliance day-to-day.
  • Generator Status Tracking provides users with real-time visibility into generator status for every facility and automatic regulatory threshold monitoring. By pulling this data into Encamp and flagging when a threshold is being approached or crossed, customers can significantly reduce compliance risk and fines, helping enterprises avoid unpredictable status changes that can trigger costly penalties and disrupt P&L forecasts.
  • Submission Tracking serves as the hub for all RCRA waste reporting obligations and approval workflows. Users can view upcoming submissions, in-progress drafts, and completed reports. They can also review and sign documents directly in Encamp, eliminating errors and blind spots, and providing a single source of truth for all RCRA waste reporting obligations.

“Waste Command gives environmental teams the visibility and control they need to protect their
businesses from compliance risk while reclaiming time for core operations,” said Luke Jacobs,
CEO and co-founder of Encamp. “We look forward to expanding how Encamp Waste can further
streamline the hazardous waste reporting process for our customers and the industry as a
whole.”
