Leaders from across the state join efforts to grow innovation, talent, and community

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. (Dec. 4, 2025) — TechPoint, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership’s industry-led growth initiative for Indiana’s tech-powered economy, today announced that Functional Devices, Inc., and EXOS will join its network as new members in 2026.

This addition reflects TechPoint’s ongoing commitment to enhancing connectivity, elevating industry, developing Indiana’s tech talent, and supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.

Functional Devices, Inc., founded in 1969 and based in Indiana, is a leading manufacturer of electronic devices for the building automation industry, including its well-known Relay-in-a-Box (RIB) product line. The company delivers relays, power supplies, transformers, sensors, enclosures, and wireless solutions that help optimize HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems in buildings across the country.

EXOS, an Indianapolis-based firm with more than 15 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, talent, and AI, is known for its reliability and integrity. The company helps organizations Safeguard their digital environments, strengthen and optimize their teams, and consistently capture value through high-quality, results-driven engagements.
