Chris Atkinson has been promoted to Chief Delivery Officer. With nearly 30 years at SEP, Chris brings a wealth of experience and deep institutional knowledge to the role. Since joining the company in 1997 as a software engineer, he has led the engineering management teams, coaching future leaders and overseeing critical development initiatives. In his new position, Chris will continue to grow SEP’s delivery capabilities and prepare the next generation of technical leaders.

Since joining SEP in 2009 as Director of Client Relations, Mike Mumau has shaped the company's approach to customer engagement. His talent for anticipating client needs, fostering strong partnerships, and mentoring others in delivering value has strengthened SEP's commitment to outstanding client experience. As Chief Customer Officer, Mike will continue to lead SEP’s customer success strategy, focusing on business operations and elevating the client experience.

In addition, SEP has created three new Vice President of Service Delivery roles to support its continued growth and evolving team-based structure. Stepping into these newly established positions are:

*Ryan Schade, a 25-year SEP veteran whose deep experience and institutional expertise make him a core part of SEP’s internal growth and mentorship efforts.

*Mike Cronin, who brings decades of experience leading large-scale software initiatives for Fortune 500 companies—pairing technical depth with a steady, client-centered approach.

*Brian Andrzejewski, a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in consulting, brings an outside-in perspective and a strong track record of helping clients navigate complex technology challenges.

SEP’s new leadership structure is designed to provide stronger strategic alignment across SEP’s service teams, ensuring they are well-positioned to scale, support client success, and foster leadership at every level.
