Eight current TechPoint member companies were recognized in the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana rankings, including E-gineering, Inc., which earned the No. 1 spot in the medium company category.

The annual program, now in its 21st year, recognized 150 Hoosier employers across five size categories. Rankings were announced May 13 at the Indiana Chamber’s awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center. Honorees and rankings were determined through employer reports and a comprehensive, anonymous employee survey handled by Workforce Research Group.

TechPoint congratulates the following member companies named to this year’s list:

  • GadellNet Consulting Services
  • Leaf Software Solutions
  • SEP
  • Ultimate Technologies Group
  • Zylo

E-gineering received top billing among medium companies, while Leaf Software Solutions also earned a top-five ranking in the small company category. The Indiana Chamber noted that this year’s recognized companies range from 16 to 2,400 Hoosier employees and represent nearly 30 cities and towns across the state.

The recognition also builds on recent TechPoint Mira Awards connections among several of the honored companies, including SEP’s 2025 Mira Award for Exceptional Employer of the Year and 2026 finalist recognition for E-gineering, EXOS and Zylo.

The recognition reflects the strong connection between workplace culture, talent development and long-term business growth. TechPoint is proud to work alongside member companies that are investing in people while helping strengthen Indiana’s tech-powered economy.
