Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Application Administrator who’s excited to take ownership of the business applications that keep our logistics operations moving. Salesforce will be a big part of your day-to-day, but this role goes beyond a single platform — you’ll also help manage, improve, and support a variety of tools across the business. If you like the idea of being the go-to person for applications, solving problems, and making technology work better for people, this could be a great fit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce: managing users, security, workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Support and maintain other applications that keep our teams running (such as TMS, sourcing, finance, and communication tools as well as custom applications).
  • Work closely with teams to understand their needs and configure applications to make their work easier and more efficient.
  • Handle user access, onboarding/offboarding, and license management across all systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors or IT partners when deeper support is needed.
  • Create and update documentation, how-to guides, and training resources.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to help users get the most out of the tools we use.
  • Keep an eye on new features, updates, and opportunities to improve how our applications work together.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) preferred but not required. Certification is a big plus.
  • Experience managing and supporting a variety of SaaS applications.
  • Comfortable with data management, reporting, and integrations between systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful, “figure-it-out” mindset.
  • Good communicator who can explain technical things in simple terms.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys juggling different responsibilities.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems (like TMS or WMS).
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools (Zapier, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
  • Basic SQL or reporting skills.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’ll have a big impact by owning our application landscape.
  • You’ll work across the business — every team will rely on your expertise.
  • You’ll get opportunities to learn new systems and expand your technical skill set.
  • You’ll be part of a supportive, growth-focused team in a company that’s always moving forward.
