As our Automation Solutions Developer, you will:

• Build smarter processes – Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Innovate with modern tools – Work with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python, and low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions.

To be a successful Automation Solutions Developer we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proven success working with automation technologies, such as:
  • Development platforms
  • Low-code platforms
  • Scripting languages
• Experience using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) to map and improve workflows.
• A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations to connect systems and streamline operations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
