About the Catalyst Program
Catalyst is our 90-day paid sales trainee program– a call to adventure for competitive, high-energy professionals ready to spark their future. This is not an internship and not a guarantee of long-term employment.  It’s a training cohort with real challenges, mentorship, and growth.  You’ll make calls, face objections, and be stretched– and in the process, discover what you’re capable of.

Top performers can earn a full-time Sales Associate role at CSpring with:

  • Base salary + commission
  • Uncapped earning potential ($60-80K first year, $100K+ second year)
  • A clear path to promotion

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9am–1pm, in person in CSpring’s Carmel office
