Walker Overview

Walker is a full-service Experience Management (XM) firm. We believe everyone deserves an amazing experience. This is our purpose, and we fulfill it by providing the world’s leading brands with the services, guidance, and best practices needed to maximize the value of their XM programs.

Walker is located in Indianapolis, IN. While many roles offer on-site, hybrid, or remote flexibility depending on team needs, this position is hybrid and requires regular on-site presence at our Indianapolis office. Remote options are available for other roles in any state where we have operations in the continental U.S. Walker is intentional and mindful about creating a workforce of diverse people who are compensated fairly and are free to be their authentic selves. We know doing this will further enhance the experience our associates and customers have with our company.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a sharp, strategic, and operationally savvy Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer (CFO/CAO) to serve as a cornerstone of our executive team. This dual-role leader will serve as the driver of our financial & growth strategy (70%), while also overseeing the safeguarding of our assets and scaling of our infrastructure as we grow (30%). The ideal candidate is first and foremost a finance heavyweight with a proven track record of scaling a privately held services business. This is not a legacy “maintenance” CFO role—it’s a growth-minded, hands-on executive position for a builder. You’ll lead all administrative functions—Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Sales Operations, Legal, and IT Support. HR will remain under the purview of our Chief People Officer, but this role will collaborate closely on organizational planning and workforce scalability.
