You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms, primarily Google Ads. This role will also contribute to other marketing initiatives to support overall business growth. We are located in Indianapolis and the candidate will work in our office.Key Responsibilities:
PPC & Paid Advertising (Primary Focus)
Manage and optimize PPCcampaigns on Google, Bing, and other platforms, to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting to improve ad performance.
Write compelling and technically accurate ad copy tailored to our B2B cybersecurity audience.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools to drive continuous improvement.
Develop A/B tests for ads and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
Stay updated on PPC trends and Google algorithm changes to implement best practices.
General Marketing Support
Assist team with various marketing activities as needed
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of PPC campaign management experience (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads preferred).
Comfort and experience working with large ad budgets.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience in B2B marketing, e-commerce, or cybersecurity is a plus.
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
