Job Description

Six Feet Up is looking for a full-time Executive/Sales Assistant to work closely with and support our Head of Business Development. Is this you?

Your Responsibilities:

Calendar Management
- Coordinate and maintain daily schedule
- Proactively resolve any upcoming scheduling conflicts, and prioritize meetings based on urgency and importance.
- Strategically optimize calendar to prevent burnout, incorporating time for essential tasks, CRM updates, and breaks.
Email Management
- Review and manage email inbox, flagging urgent matters and sending notifications of high-priority items.
- Draft email responses, ensuring alignment with existing voice and tone
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending emails
C-Suite Task and Project Management
- Oversee task list, regularly prioritizing and updating tasks based on evolving deadlines and importance.
- Schedule and allocate time for task completion, ensuring alignment with prior commitments
- Track progress on tasks and projects, providing regular reminders and follow-ups to ensure completion.
CRM and Data Management
- Provide meeting preparation materials and daily intelligence on key contacts
- Maintain and update contact information in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor leads and deals, flagging those requiring immediate attention or action.
- Assist in advancing sales opportunities by tracking and following up on next steps, helping to move deals through the sales funnel.
