SUMMARY: The IT Director is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and day-to-day operations of the organization’s information technology systems. This role ensures that IT infrastructure, security, and applications support the organization’s goals and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Plans for, selects, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates support staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of job-related experience. Good oral and written communication skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to physically count, add, subtract, multiply and divide.
REASONING ABILILTY
Ability to define problems establishes facts and draws valid conclusions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
