At Norden Marketing, we partner with B2B technology and professional services companies to shape and execute their marketing. That means everything from building go-to-market strategies to designing sales materials, launching websites, and running creative campaigns. Our work has helped founders clarify their value, grow faster, and even achieve 150%+ ARR growth and acquisitions.
For you, that means joining a small, hands-on team where you’ll see the direct impact of your work. You won’t be stuck doing one thing over and over; you’ll get to touch social media, email marketing, websites, design, and client communications. You’ll work closely with our founder, gaining mentorship and insight into how marketing drives real business results.
About the Role
This is a part-time position (Tuesday–Thursday, approximately 24 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our client portfolio expands. You will work directly alongside the agency founder, receiving mentorship and exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Manage and schedule social media posts for clients across multiple platforms
Coordinate client email newsletters, including content, layout, and reporting
Draft and edit copy for social, email, and web content
Update and maintain client websites (Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress experience a plus)
Assist with design tasks (Figma, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Maintain accurate project timelines and task updates in Asana
Send client follow-ups and ensure deliverables stay on track
Attend client calls to capture notes, track next steps, and contribute where appropriate
Support internal marketing initiatives for the agency
1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable learning and using new tools and platforms
Graphic design or web-editing skills are a plus
Based in the Indianapolis area, with the ability to work onsite at Draft Creative Space in Fountain Square, 2 days per week
Self-motivated: You don’t wait around for someone to hand you a to-do list; you take initiative and keep projects moving.
Detail-oriented: You catch typos, remember deadlines, and keep things organized so nothing slips through the cracks.
Curious about the world: You enjoy asking questions, digging into different industries, and connecting the dots between marketing and growth.
Eager to learn: You see this role as an opportunity to grow your marketing career through mentorship and hands-on experience.
Adaptable: You’re comfortable switching between tasks like writing social captions, updating a website, or jumping into a client call.
A clear communicator: You write and speak in a way that makes things easy to understand, whether you’re drafting copy or following up with a client.
Collaborative but independent: You work well alongside the team but can also run with assignments on your own.
Proactive problem-solver: You look for ways to make things better, more efficient, or more effective instead of waiting for direction
$30/hour, approximately 24 hours per week (Tuesday–Thursday schedule)
Paid holidays when they fall on scheduled workdays
Flexible unpaid time off available with notice
Full-time Membership at Draft Creative Space provided
Mentorship and professional development directly from the agency founder
