At Boyce Systems, we help Indiana’s public schools manage their business operations more efficiently—from payroll to accounting to HR. As we grow our cloud-based software offerings for schools, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Boyce Schools Division.

This role is ideal for a versatile B2B marketer who can think strategically and execute tactically. You’ll lead campaigns, create content, run events, manage digital channels, and support sales—working closely with our leadership, sales, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with division goals.
  • Track marketing performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with key associations, software partners, and industry influencers.

Campaigns & Content

  • Write or oversee compelling copy for emails, the website, landing pages, and collateral.
  • Create sales enablement materials to support go-to-market efforts.
  • Design basic marketing assets using templates and design tools.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns—from concept to performance reporting.

Digital Marketing

  • Own the division’s website presence, content updates, and performance.
  • Build and manage emails, automated workflows, and nurture campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Maintain and grow our social media presence with consistent, engaging content.

Events & Webinars

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including our annual user conference, webinars, receptions, and trade shows.
  • Manage event logistics, promotions, speaker content, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate booth strategy, lead capture, and sales integration.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for tailoring content to different audiences.
  • Experience managing websites (HubSpot CMS preferred) and using basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Comfortable managing events of all sizes, including logistics and promotion.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, email workflows, CRM tools, and analytics (HubSpot experience a plus).
