We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our Head of Business Development.

Proactive: You look ahead for calendar conflicts or past events that need to be rescheduled and make sure to resolve issues before they happen.
Resourceful: You’re always finding ways to fit important meetings in. You are creative in finding ways to stay in touch with the person you assist.
Responsive: You stay on top of the CRM, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
How You Succeed
Emails and social media inquiries are addressed in a timely fashion.
Leads and opportunities are kept up-to-date in the CRM and pushed down the funnel at all time.
Calendar events are carefully coordinated, leaving room for recovery and prep work, while ensuring optimum productivity.
Tasks are scheduled according to company’s priorities.
