This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in Carmel, IN, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Additional tasks include staying informed about industry trends and acting as a spokesperson for the company’s automation solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in strategic planning, market research, and creating sales proposals
  • Knowledge of intelligent process automation, digital tools, and their applications in improving operational efficiency
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic hybrid environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales, technology-driven environments, or similar industries is an advantage
