Job Description

Six Feet Up is hiring a Sales Operations Manager (remote, US-based preferred) to support our Field CTOs and Senior Account Manager by owning sales operations and CRM execution. This role ensures meetings are scheduled, conversations are captured, follow-ups are tracked, and Pipedrive stays accurate—so our senior team can stay focused on selling and advising.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own Pipedrive CRM hygiene: deals, activities, contacts, and notes
  • Schedule and coordinate prospect and client meetings
  • Capture meeting summaries, decisions, and technical context
  • Track and manage follow-up tasks and next steps
  • Ensure deals move cleanly through the pipeline
  • Support pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Maintain and improve sales processes and documentation
  • Translate complex technical sales conversations into clear CRM updates
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
What Success Looks Like
  • Pipedrive is always current, accurate, and trusted
  • No dropped balls or missed follow-ups
  • Field CTOs spend time with customers—not on admin
  • Leadership has clear pipeline visibility
Required Experience
  • 3+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive
  • Strong written communication and summarization skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable supporting technical or consultative sales teams
Nice to Have
  • Software consulting or professional services experience
  • Familiarity with AI meeting summaries and CRM automation
  • Exposure to technical sales (cloud, data, AI, Python)
