The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will join the Business Intelligence team in an important role that delivers impactful analytics that benefit both internal teams and business outcomes. To capture the right business insights, the job requires expertise in reporting and analytics, digital marketing analytics, data analysis, and proficiency in SQL, Excel and visualization tools. Location: Indianapolis, IN (hybrid)

HOW WILL YOU HELP US GROW?

• Work to connect organizational data from multiple warehouses/sets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver on reporting requirements
• Build and maintain robust data models to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data workflows and reporting processes
• Conduct regular data quality checks and implement measures to maintain data integrity and alert stakeholders to anomalies
• Work closely with the BI team to optimize data architecture and ensure data accessibility.
• Integrate and leverage AI/ML-driven features in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau) to enhance predictive insights and decision-making
• Develop algorithms and apply AI models to predict orders, fundraising trends, and customer behaviors
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analysis and reporting tools
• Troubleshoot data integrity issues promptly, taking proactive measures to address and resolve them
• Undertake other tasks, projects, and initiatives as needed

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree a focus in computer science, marketing science, math, statistics or data analysis
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL, database design, and data warehouse design
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Domo, Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with Domo is a plus
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into BI tools or workflows to improve analytics and forecasting
• General understanding of data security
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and proven track record of successfully delivering products and services
• Passion for data and a genuine interest in making complex data easily understandable for various audiences.
