Job Description

Location: Indianapolis (Hybrid role with some regular on-site presence required)

Your Money Line is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and execute strategic product initiatives that have a direct impact on improving our customers’ financial lives. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Engineering and collaborate across engineering, design, and leadership teams to refine and expand the Your Money Line platform. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle—from ideation and market analysis through launch and iteration—while ensuring our solutions are innovative, data-driven, and user-centric.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, including time in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of driving product growth in high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Experience bringing products to market across mobile and web, with launches in both the Apple App Store and Google Play, and sustaining growth post-launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and guide product direction in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
  • Hands-on experience shaping product requirements to meet compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, CCPA, or HIPAA.
  • History of fostering high-trust, collaborative relationships with engineers, designers, and peers across business units.
  • Experience mentoring product peers and elevating team performance.
  • Comfortable operating in distributed teams, balancing asynchronous communication with decisive, aligned action.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills; proficiency with analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and execute the product vision in alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner with Engineering to build and launch new financial wellness features.
  • Work closely with Marketing to launch features successfully and drive engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Distill opportunities into actionable plans, sequencing in shippable iterations.
  • Investigate user behavior through analytics tools to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback; iterate accordingly.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
