POSITION SUMMARY:


This position will build processes, data flows and validations, reports, applications, and other solutions that enhance the standard Qualtrics product offering. Individuals must be familiar with the Qualtrics API and how to connect to additional APIs through multiple technologies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand and stay current on the Qualtrics Insight Platform and related solutions.

  • Obtain Qualtrics certifications
  • Attend required Qualtrics boot camps
  • Keep current with XM Academy product training & artifacts
  • Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies

• Ensure projects are completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort, and committed time frame. 
• Research, test, and articulate the Qualtrics API. 
• Play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services, demonstrating the value we can provide.
• Participate in total account management activities including but not limited to completing intake forms, change orders, SOW updates, etc.
• Previous experience with work operating systems and enterprise resource planning platforms helpful (Monday.com and SAP ByDesign preferred).
• Assist with project scope by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables. 
• Build and test custom solutions to solve the business need.
• Provide detailed documentation on custom solutions and communicate them back to the clients through phone and email. 
• Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations. 
• Work with clients to deliver implementations on Qualtrics platform.
• Follow Walker quality guidelines.
• Mentor new engineers. 
• Demonstrate new features or functionalities for use cases to peers. 
• Knowledge sharing with peers to strengthen the overall skill set of the team.
• Leading large technical projects.
• Delegating to other team members when appropriate.
• Test new Qualtrics product features and make recommendations for use.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working with clients and technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Or in place of a degree an extra year of relevant experience
  • Experience with the following:
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Database, Shared Repository
  • Able to solve problems in object-oriented language proficiency (Java, C+, C#, .Net, etc.)
  • Web service experience (REST/SOAP)
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making skills
  • Project management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Continuous learner mindset with a passion for process improvement.
