We identify high-potential scale-up stage companies and expand their pool of available growth resources by connecting them with talent, venture capital, customers, and promotion – ingredients they need to become Indiana’s future market-leading major employers.
Between 2009 and 2012, 35% of U.S. jobs were created by 2% of companies. Scale-ups are the relatively young, rapidly emerging, innovation-driven companies that have the potential to be Indiana’s next market-leading major employers.
Your company doesn’t have to fly under the radar. Scale-up stage companies need access to venture capital, customer connections, talent, peer networks, and promotion. Our role is to help companies connect with those resources needed to fuel their growth.
“As a tech consulting company fully in the throes of scaling up, Trek10 has found it extremely helpful in working with a partner that helps us scale through promotion of our services and brand. Additionally, we have been introduced to high-quality Indiana based enterprises that would benefit from our services and help us grow.”
Shane Fimbel – CEO, Trek10

The TechPoint team has done a phenomenal job in structuring their resources to bring together local enterprise companies and scale-ups in a meaningful way. From the outset, ClearObject’s participation in TechPoint’s exclusive events have been invaluable and resulted in executive level contacts at high-potential local companies and net new business.”

Enacted by the Indiana legislature and governor through HB 1001 in Spring 2017, the Next Level Indiana Trusts Fund allocates $250 million for investment primarily into VC firms, which will then spend time with and invest in local companies. It’s one of the largest and well-structured funds of its kind in the country, and TechPoint is proud to have played a big role in structuring and supporting it.
Early-stage and high-growth companies are strapped for time and resources. TechPoint’s talent programs, Job Board, and Talent Network provide turn-key solutions for getting the talent you need.
“Attracting top tech talent is more competitive than ever. That’s why we trust TechPoint to help grow our team. In fact, nearly 75% of our candidates come from the TechPoint Job Board.”
Rod Reasen – CoFounder & CEO, Springbuk
Tech companies need communications experts to explain their technology in ways that potential customers and investors can read and understand. In 2017, TechPoint placed 232 local and national media stories on behalf of our tech ecosystem and 230 individual stories were published on TechPoint Index.
